There was a 10 inch crack on one side of the bowl side panel. The good news is that I emailed Wayfair with pics and they sent out a replacement toilet without delay. I was so pleased, I ordered a second for a different bathroom!. Anonymous. Mon May 11 2026

Nice toilet. Love the smooth sides and minimalist look. Like the small footprint and absence of illuminated buttons on the outside of the lid. (They are in the inside ) The handle is subtle and easy to operate. I have a more expensive TOTO washlet in the master bathroom and this model bidet is more angled and doesn’t offer as much adjustment as my other one. This toilet and washlet combo is exactly what I needed. Initially there was an issue with the wrong (S2) washlet being sent to me, but customer service fixed the issue S5 washlet was sent to me. Both the toilet and washlet work great! When planning to install these make sure you have a GFCI outlet installed to plug into and if possible run on its own circuit. This version of the TOTO Drake includes CEFIONTECT®, a layer of exceptionally smooth glaze that minimizes waste from sticking to the ceramic. CEFIONTECT, coupled with PREMIST® and TORNADO FLUSH, assists to reduce the frequency of toilet cleanings, minimizing the usage of water, harsh chemicals, and time required for cleaning. This version of the TOTO Drake is designed in TOTO’s Universal Height, which allows for a more comfortable seat position across a wide range of users. This WASHLET+ toilet includes WASHLET, Drake bowl and tank set with hardware, and toilet bolt caps. Compatible with T40 WASHLET+ electronic bidet seat and toilet bowl components only. Additional items needed for installation must be purchased separately: wax ring, toilet mounting bolts, and toilet water supply lines.
