This is a beautiful piece. It is solid so it's pretty heavy but it looks like a piece of artwork instead of just a table. The grain in the design adds to the effect and although it would look best in a modern setting, blends well with my contemporary. Would look best in wide open space but I saw it and had to have it. On clearance, it was an offer I couldn't refuse.

Really pleased with these tables. They are heavy, substantial, and expensive-looking. I saw someone wrote something about the underside being distressed, and the description does say that, but you would have to like lay on the floor to see under each layer. I tried to look and couldn't see it, so I don't see any issues with that. They are definitely heavy, so I would get inside entryway delivery if you can't bring them in yourself immediately.

Shipped quickly! The only thing is the bottoms of the tables were "distressed" which is weird considering the tops are not the same look. I don't think it's a big issue since it's the bottom of the bases. It does state in the description they are distressed which I didn't see. In looking at the style of the table I wouldn't think distressed would be a way to describe the look, I would say contemporary and refined, but as long as what you see is not scratched it should be ok?

Beautiful Table . As a designer, I would use it in any project. It's a high-end look - for a reasonable price

Excellent quality. We are using it at a coffee table, but also works well as a end table. It complements the matching small block chest made from same wood. Well worth the wait.
