The lamp is advertised as "ceramic" yet it's a METAL lamp in flat black paint. There is absolutely no dimension in the base. It looks so boring in person. I expected the base to be actual ceramic with variations of shine like the photo. I feel like photo online is really misleading. The trim around bottom looks gold also. In person it's silver.
