The idea is great, the design pleasing, however the quality of engineering and manufacturing is poor. The product specifications state the pergola is rust, warp, mold resistant, which lends to the product being treated. Purchased July 2023, by January the wood in the posts split, the bases cracked and are falling apart. The posts absorbed water from the November/December rains like a sponge, and with the cold in Jan/Feb the wood split. The description does state not for all seasons - but really, it possibly cannot be expected to pack up this massive of a structure for the winter. There is only a 30 day return policy and a 90 day limited warranty - I had no idea Wayfair would provide a $1,000.00 product with such poor quality, and no recourse for the customer other than additional expense in repairs to try to save the initial investment. The attached pictures are only a few examples. This product is best purchased for a DRY climate. If you do decide to purchase this product, regardless of geographic location, I highly recommend you apply at least two coats of deck and/or wood sealer before assembling.

As Beautiful as it is, Do Not Purchase it. After only a few weeks of installation, the wood split in several places. Please see pictures.

Fast delivery, easy enough to assemble with 2 able bodies..looks great.

Product is great. Much easier to assemble than instructions imply. Only took my wife and I about 4 hours to put it together. Wayfair customer service was excellent. There was a box missing when we originally received it. One photo call and the replacement was on the way!

Didn’t come with written instructions and scan bars didn’t work. Figured it out and enjoying the design.

Love it. Used it on the front porch adding a quaint and charming look to the front porch of house. Would recommend.

This gazebo is great looking, and installation was fairly simple. BUT, we've had it for less than a year and the entire thing is falling apart - every piece of wood is warped and split. The whole structure wobbles terribly, and my husband is having to rebuild it so that it doesn't fall on someone. I can't understand how a company can make an outdoor product that can't withstand the outdoors.

The quality is much better than expected and pleasantly surprised! Although im waiting on parts that were missing. Its very heavy duty...i was leary at 1st purchasing but glad I did and it fit our needs at a good price point. There is a spot though that we feel should have something there?? There are two spots that have these like spots for a screw that show and looks unfinished Two weeks after purchase UPDATE.....im changing my stars now to 3! Just noticed yesterday that there is cracking already starting on the front top main piece :( So disappointed in this...how is this going to make it through New England winter if it isnt making it through 2 wks of spring rain

Horrible build quality - fell apart within 3 years. Wood split within the first 1 year. Buyer beware!!!!
