This is a very pretty bathroom fixture. The little prisms reflect light nicely on the walls. There is a prism globe inside a clear glass globe. The bulbs can be swapped out easily without removing the glass. I used the nickel finish, and would recommend it. The old fixture that it replaced had mirrored glass and it tarnished. This fixture has polished metal which is more durable for a bathroom, I am happy with the look
