Now that this is finally solved, Ill explain why only 2 stars. First unit got lost. I never received tracking and was mislead by them telling me that my item was delivered already when it wasnt, and to call fed ex, even though I didnt have a tracking number. When I called wayfair back, it wasnt delivered but would arrive the next day. It didnt. They were kind enough to send me a second unit except that it was awfully treated and dropped hard outside my home where I took it out of the box and pieces fell out. Its a natural gas unit so I was afraid it would blow up when installed. When I called about it, the first lady wanted me to accept a 20 discount and they send some repair kit to rebuild the units interior guts. I refused that a few times even though that seemed pushed on me. I figured that hiring a repair man to rebuild the unit would cost almost the price of what I already paid and possibly void any warranty. So they finally said theyd ship another one to me. But I have to get a label printed, and if I destroyed the box, Id have to purchase one, then I have 30 days to sent the unit back or be charged for it. The item weighs almost 100 pounds and it seemed like a lot of work for me to lug it to my car, print a label at some shop, then lug it around to a fed ex built inside a store somewhere. I called back and they agreed to send a fed ex guy to my home to collect it and for me to leave the unit outside on Christmas Eve. It was picked up today. This was an awful experience and Im glad to finally have the heater after waiting 3 delivers, however I wont be doing business here anymore. I finally got what I paid for and thats all I got out of it. Too much work and misleading info for me to shop here again.
