Fit is very good. I would gladly pay a little more for individual bungee type straps to hold it on. The included rope is a little cheesy.

This is a generic cover that will fit a range of sizes. I bought them to replace a custom fit pair. This cover is so much easier to put on and take off. The custom cover had tightly fitted handle bar covers that were a pain to deal with. We keep the PWC on lifts and the WaveGear fit is so much faster to flip over then just pull the elastic around the edge. I've yet to need the straps, even on really windy days. Granted we do not use the covers when towing, but I think they would do fine with the straps in use. They are also light weight, which has been another bonus. The custom fit set was a heavy fabric that did not stand up to the elimates well. So far the WaveGear covers have been great and they are light enough I could toss in the washing machine if needed. This is season one for this cover, but we are very pleased so far. At this price I could replace them 3 times to match the custom set. Considering the custom set only lasted 3 years, I could buy a new WaveGear every year but I don't expect to need to.
