PS: I am not happy with the product at all. First FEDEX did not deliver to my home but to a different address on the same street. Further the lady picked up the Roti maker and brought it to my home as correct address was written on it (appreciated). How the FEDEX deliveryman can be so irresponsible to not match the address written on the box and the house number. The lady said the fedex guy throw it from at least 6 to 8 feet away. Now when I opened the box and the plastic is broken from the middle where means the product is unusable, and will not perform its intended function. Please let me know what to do with this broken item. Kind regards, Ram Pabla.

The product is not good quality. Initial part break with just 2 times use.

Love it! I can make all my own tortillas now. I am thrilled with it. I did watch some youtube videos to get the hang of it now I am making awesome tortillas regularly.
