Care instructions: Natural stone products are porous and yet durable when properly cared for and maintained. We strongly recommend pre-grout sealing of the stone, use of a non-sanded grout, and post-grout sealing of the stone to prevent staining and etching. A quality impregnating sealer should be used. Only pH-neutral cleaners specifically designed for stone should be applied to stone surfaces.

No two stone tiles/slabs are exactly the same. Some slabs require filler during production, which is a necessary and acceptable practice in the stone industry. Prior to installation, the installer must blend stone tiles from several different boxes to achieve an even distribution of color range. The installer must conduct a dry mock layout under proper lighting conditions prior to installation. It is the consumer's responsibility to inspect the product prior to installation to ensure satisfaction with all characteristics. Once installed, the product is deemed accepted. The consumer is responsible for ensuring proper installation, application, and use. Aerosol catalyst adhesives should not be used for stone installations as they may cause discoloration. Due to porosity, all-natural stone products must be sealed prior to installation. Regular care and maintenance are required for natural stone products. Do not use vinegar or any cleaners containing acids or strong alkalis on natural stone. Reference the most current TCNA handbook, ANSI, the MIA, manufacturer's specifications, and the Bedrosians' care & maintenance guide for installation, outdoor use, care, and maintenance information. Natural stone products installed in uncovered outdoor installations may experience modifications to the color and finish due to UV and water exposure. Natural stone products are not warranted.

Warranty Details: Improper commercial use of the product, Installation by an unlicensed, inactive, or improperly licensed tile contractor, Normal variations between field tile and trim tile, Any Commercial or Second quality products, or any products not classified as First Quality, Customer or contractor improper use or maintenance of the product including negligence, physical, or chemical abuse, Grout-related problems, including but not limited to, shade variation, discoloration, deterioration, staining, hazing, or mildew, Installation of any incorrectly sized, colored, shaded, calibrated, matched, or packaged product, Improper outdoor use of product, Any act or omission which might be reasonably expected to damage the product, including but not limited to, exposure to extreme temperature, wet-dry cycles, heat or fire, and appliances or furniture that would scratch the product, Normal design, shade, or color variation from samples, website, or other illustrations, Any labor charges for the removal of product or installation of replacement product., Ordinary wear and tear, Any natural stone products, Certain factors are beyond our control, including installation of our products by others, building structural design or construction conditions, and environmental conditions. This warranty excludes any problems or occurrences caused or arising from the following, but not limited to: Improper installation, installation defects or errors, fabrication defects or errors, or improper transportation and handling of the products, BedrosiansÂ® warrants to its immediate and direct purchaser, and no other person, that manufactured first choice quality products will be free from defect for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty only applies to installations made by duly and properly licensed and active tile contractors. The defect is defined as a shortfall in the product to perform to specifications as disclosed in the product literature, within industry allowable tolerances as set forth by the Tile Council of North America (TCNA), the American National Standard Institute (ANSI), and the Marble Institute of America.
