Really nice looking lamp but one of the poles doesn’t seem to tighten fully. It just spins and goes no where. Luckily it doesn’t get touched often but worried about how long it will last.

Very easy to assemble. The shade is a little darker than it appears in the photo but it works for my design.

Certainly smaller than anticipated. Not quite enough light. But as described, not anything more. Will make it work.

On the first go round, the shade was a hot mess. Lots of dings. However, I went into my orders, clicked “replace,” and all was right with the world. Two days later, an entire new lamp was on my porch in great condition— I didn’t even have to mail back the damaged item. I have included photos of the original condition of the shade and then version 2.0. This was amazing customer service.

Nice lamp, however my package was missing one of the threaded connectors. I made it work by hacksawing one in half. Hopefully it’ll support.

Looks expensive. Picture does not do it justice. Easily and quickly put together.
