I really like these Adirondack chairs for their sturdiness, look, and overall design. They are also very comfortable once assembled. Would have given it a 5 rating, however, building the chairs took much longer than the instructions seemed to suggest. These chairs are SOLID! I almost gave them only four stars because I kind of struggled getting them together, but it was my issue! They can withstand the giant winds on the spring deck, and the rain on the summer large patio, the salt spray aside the beach, even the ice and snow of Alaska. Easier to clean than wood, they adapt to the outdoors like a pine tree and don't rot. Animals don't love them.
