This evaporative cooler has done a very good job of keeping the room cooler by at least 20 degrees. The 4 ice packs work well to keep the water cool for quite a long time. I use this as a complement to the evaporative 4700cfm that I have in the window in the far side of the house, because by the time that air gets to the back it is not as cool, so this helps a lot.
