One con was that I purchased this as an open-box item that was supposed to be in excellent condition - i.e. no damage or missing parts. The box was in TERRIBLE shape when it arrived and there were multiple damaged parts. Thankfully, most of the damage was in non-essential areas and in places that can't be seen. Took a star away as if you have a baseboard the screws provided to anchor it to the wall are not long enough and youll need to go out and buy longer ones yourself. The instructions were GREAT, very easy to follow. Even the lighting on this was a piece of cake. I did replace the knobs on the cabinet, just got 2 small sized knobs from Hobby Lobby. Our toilet tank is flush with the wall so we left the bottom support crosspiece off until we fitted the bottom portion over the toilet, we then added the crosspiece in place, then the top unit.
