Item looks great! I had an Angi contractor build it (Jonathan H). At first, there was a piece missing. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me an entire new bookcase because they didn’t have just the piece itself. They then refunded me for the contractor’s wasted visit, so I was able to hire him again and have him finish building the unit. It took him several hours and I am very glad that I hired him to build it. It is a very sturdy piece of furniture. Plenty of space and exactly what I wanted.
