You could use 2 layers as you like (we provide 4 layers to assemble) and the bulbs would not be exposed. Due to the nature of the product, each hand-made shade of this rattan pendant is not the same. Variations will occur in color, texture, and natural features. The effect also differs with light on or off. This is part of this craft's charm and characteristic feature, instead of product defects.
