This is so nice! Very heavy, soft yet firm, there are 4 separate pillows, 2 arms, 1 the back, and 1 seat cushion. No directions though, so allow me to assist. Largest pillow, is the back of the chair, medium pillow is the seat cushion, smaller are for the arms. Don’t remotely believe the hype with one customer review below where the seat appears to be sunken in, in one area, possibly buyer error, wrong pillow in the wrong location. This isn’t even 24 hours of out of box into chair cover expansion, and the foam filling is still expanding. Full expansion takes 5-7 days. Separate ottoman expansion is now at 3 days.. Sickov Thebs.
