It came and smelled like mildew. I was hoping it would air out but then once I looked closer at the velvet fabric inside, it's covered in mold. Just touching the box made my hands stink and after washing them 6 times, they still stink. It's been making me ill. I thought I had a cold but it's the mold. This box has made my entire home reek like mildew. I'm returning it which is too bad, because it was the perfect box.

I purchased this decorative box and it was missing paint in several areas and was chipped which clearly had occurred during the manufacturing process. I returned it andI then received a replacement only to have that box missing paint in several areas and chipped too. I then returned it and requested a refund as the quality of the item is poor. Both boxes also had a very musty odor. I would not recommend this product.

Beautiful but my jewelry box was damaged!

Beautiful and well made ivory resin box. Pacakaged well. The box is larger than I had expected and lined in velvet. The lid comes off easily, but yet is secure enough to close softly. Great decorative object - displays well.
