Great sofa sleeper! It’s a little firm though. I extremely easy to assemble out of the box. Very simple to change from couch to sleeper and back again! Also the storage under the chaise is a terrific bonus!

Had some issues with shipping that were resolved very quickly. The couch and pull out are SUPER comfy but still firm enough that it keeps a nice shape. Storage is huge and the couch was easy to put together. Really brought my living room together!

I will be calling Wayfair . . . I am certain I received a used sofa. I did not buy a used sofa.
