Warranty Policy: We take great pride in our indoor and outdoor furniture and we strive to bring you the best quality at the best price. Ultimately, we will work hard to assure you are happy with your purchase. A warranty for our product would cover problems under normal household use as follows: Any defects from craftsmanship could be returned/replaced within 15 days of your purchase. Furniture components are warrantied under normal use for 1 year from the date of shipment. However, it also may include specific limitations. Certain warranties may not apply to: Defects that result from negligence, misuse, or accidents. Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning or care, or commercial use. Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear or from any use for which the product was not designed. The colorfastness, dye lot variations, wrinkling, or wear of fabrics or leather. The softening of filling materials under normal use. When submitting a replacement part order, please supply the following information: A written description of the defect. The product's serial number or name (refer to the assembly guide).
