I was not impressed due to the following issues: Panel T1's predrilled holes did not align to where the piece was to be attached. Additionally, the predrilled holes for the bookshelf to attach to the frame were misaligned. There were 4 #9 screws, 7 #13 and 2 #17 screws missing from the bags which we had to go purchase. When trying to reach the manufacturer, you cannot reach them directly. So, we have to manually drill holes, which will look terrible, and out additional money for the purchase of the missing hardware.

We got this bed for our 8 year old and it is working perfectly for her. The stair storage, desk and bookshelf all helped bring her bedroom from a cluttered mess to a more functional space. Only cons were color choices, long to build and moves a bit when daughter is in bed. It is very sturdy though
