Very nice fireplace with different effects and choices of base inside the fireplace. We chose using the clear crystal rocks because it reflect more light at the base.

I just love everything about it. It’s so calming and peaceful and so realistic. You can have it on with no heat. The pebbles look so real. Can’t wait for winter time !

This product worked right out of the box. The instructions telling you to read the instructions before unpacking ther box were actually inside the packed box. It is a wonderfully realistic representation of a wood burning fireplace. Much better than I anticipated. THis note has been added 2 weeks after install: I like thius F/P mu ch better than I thought I would. Lots of cudos from neighbors.

Love the fireplace insert. works great and is beautiful in place. Much easier then trying to deal with real wood.

Highly Recommend this fireplace. Beautiful Product that was used to replace an old broken and useless gas fireplace insert and i am very happy with the end result and variety of color options depending on my choice of the day.

I was disappointed by the brightness and size of flame on this product. That being said the Install was easy and when I had to use the customer service, the operator was very patient and informative. I rated the product a 3 star because of the cost. Regularly $750 bought for $500. I really think I still over paid for this product. Flame brightness, flame realism, and flame colors have a lot to be desired.

This fireplace looks very sleek and perfect size for what we needed. Came with 3 different types of decorative species for inside. Easy to assemble.
