Parmenter Industrial 3-Drawer Rectangular Kitchen Island

I love this island. I did a lot of browsing before deciding to buy this. Very sturdy and it looks elegant. The shelves are a plus to store pots and pans or anything you want. I also love that there are drawers. The wheels are also an additional feature. It makes it easy to move the island, but it also locks it in place. It gave my kitchen more room. It’s a great piece of furniture.

This island arrived with a smashed corner, because it is NOT solid wood, as described, but compressed sawdust mdf type panels. The ‘wood grain’ is applied photographic veneer, not genuine wood grain whatsoever. I was shocked because the retail price is close to 900, and it said “solid wood”. It was 100 unassembled, extremely heavy. It was VERY hard to repackage for return. This was the worst experiences I’ve had with a furniture item from Wayfair, or anywhere.

I absolutely love my kitchen island. It was exactly what I was hoping it would be, exactly as described.

Assembly was a bit difficult but once I figured it out, it was smooth sailing. It is perfect for a prep table in our kitchen.

We love our island! Measured before buying so we knew it would fit. A bit hard to put together but definitely worth it. The only note we would give to others is that if you want stools you have to get a lower height to sit more comfortably.

This item came broken. At first I thought it was just the one corner that I could possibbly over look (corner damaged) but them the handy man I booked on your site *he was very nice and competent, one drawer was broken. He worked very hard to try and make it come together but said the one drawer would be impossible to make happen. Big dissapointment. I do not want it. What is the next step.

Absolutely stunning to this kitchen, everyone that has seen this loves it. A little tricky assembling since it is so heavy, needs 2 people. My recommendation, buy it ! It’s a wow moment, actually a MOMENT!!

My sons put it together and its great for our kitchen. I like it. thinking about getting another one and putting them together.

Looks good, but was a tedious assembly.

It’s great, very sturdy, but the wood is really greywash. Complicated to put together as well. Just reserve an entire afternoon to put it together…..
