This shower pan work perfectly for my new shower design however it was missing the drain cover which was the deciding factor for my purchase, but I called customer service and it will be on the way soon, by the way the professional way Wayfair handled my complaint was very quick and easy.. Ordered Friday, arrived Monday - VERY fast service. Shower pan was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Design is exactly as we expected and reinforcement on the underside is significantly better than the shower pans from the big box stores that I looked at. Support is very dense so floor should be very solid. I am very happy with this for our new bathroom installation in our basement.
