Floor Chairs are warranted against structural failure within one year from the date of purchase, due to manufacturer’s defects only. Usage/user defects will not constitute manufacturing defects and the company shall reserve the right to determine the nature of the defect. For goods with manufacturing defects, replacement/repair will be carried out free of charge. For all other types of defects, repair services will be on a chargeable basis.
