The product gets five stars ... it's the shipper who cost Wayfair the 1 star. They left this heavy package on my driveway and never even rang the doorbell so I knew it had arrived. Assembly took two of us about 2 hours from start to finish and was simply. Although just particle board with a thin coating, it didn't get damaged during assembly. Tajke your time to put it together as they don't tell you which side is up or down with arrows. You have to take the time to analyse the drawings. Quite pleased for the money and it is working perfectly for my 27+ shoes (socks are in the drawers). The white has a grain effect which makes it look a little nicer. This is the perfect pantry system for my needs. The instructions were quite detailed and gave a step-by-step layout for assembly. Sturdy and well-made. I ordered drawers separately to coordinate with the system. If you decide to do this, please be aware that there are no instructions to install the drawers.
