Missing pieces but 3 stars because of quick resolution. They pod for my shipping back. I ordered the coaster for my sons bday party and when I couldn’t use it because of missing parts they paid for shipping and it wasn’t difficult to return.

My 2.5 year old and 5.5 year old boys absolutely love this. Just a PSA we had to move it to the grass bc it goes sooooo fast on pavement. 10/10 recommend!

Kids absolutely love this. It’s the most favorite play spot in my yard. It was easy enough to put together and very sturdy. Fun fun

Wayfair customer service has gone above and beyond what I would have expected. I first purchased item as a gift for my grandchild but mistakenly sent it to the wrong address. I called customer service and they did all the could to reroute but it had already been shipped. Feeling badly, the young lady walked me through the return process and upon delivery to my home, as opposed to my grandchild's, was able to schedule an easy pick up by fedex to return the product while I reordered a new one going to the correct address. After a week or so, I noted that the refund was not posted and called customer service again to follow up. A different young lady, but no less pleasant and kind, assisted in trying to track down the order and had difficulty as it appears it was not scanned correctly be the fedex facility. She, however, issued the refund and assured me they would investigate on their end and would not delay in providing the refund to me. She further checked on the order going to my grandchild and followed up on a few days later to ensure it got there correctly. It is the small things that made the biggest difference to me. She was courteous, professional, addressed all concerns and made me feel like my call was the most important of the day. Not all large companies practice service like this and I was most grateful for the thoughtful treatment and immediate resolutions to my order. Needless to say my grandson is very happy with the purchase and this experience has cemented my decision to become a long term Wayfair customer! Thank you!

A bit pricey but so worth it to see my kids laughs and smiles while playing.
