I purchased my shed in October. Unfortunately with the weather change I could not have it assembled until early April, come to find out the included T lock is defective and does not lock the shed. Because I am past the 30 day product window, I am told there is no resolve from company, so I have to purchase a lock to replace and have handyman return. We were missing a couple parts I contacted the company and they made it right. It’s not waterproof in the least. But the worst part is how low it is. I hit my head ALL THE TIME!! Especially when I enter or exit the shed. Other than all of that it’s actually pretty nice. And pretty huge. It wasn’t that hard for us to assemble. Perfect for my needs. This shed was super easy to assemble. I am a 5' 3" 67 year old female and it took me an hour and 45 minutes to complete. Approximately 15 minutes of that was sorting and verifying parts. The instructions suggested two people to assemble floor, and that probably would have helped, but I was able to do it myself. My foundation was already in place. Getting the sides to slide into the slots properly required a rubber mallet. Finished product holds my self-propelled snow blower and my Snow Joe battery operated snow blower with extra room.. Terry. Shed went together easily, with decent directions. I understand why the metal is covered with plastic to protect during shipping, but it peels and looks bad in time. We've had ours up for 2 winters now in Vermont, and no damage, doors and latches still work. I recommend setting this up on 2 pallets with plywood attached on top if it isn't going on a hard level surface. Tolerances are tight, and you will be happier with the result if it's on a perfectly level surface. Too bad about the peeling plastic, as it's a good looking shed for the money. It's a nice looking shed, I have a smaller one of these too, you have to be careful with the panels in the sun, they will warp some which can make alignments difficult and to keep walls straight and not warped, always keep the walls completely flat and realize there are hundreds of screws into plastic that keep this shed together..
