My curtains arrived completely damaged. I tried to process a return but the Wayfair app failed. I tried to send contact customer service via chat but the customer service representative was unresponsive. Now I’m stuck with damaged curtains and I don’t know what to do.

the colour is lighter than appears in photo - almost pastel-like, rather than a true turquoise. Additionally, the package was ripped open @ arrival ~ when my partner commented on the drapes being exposed to dirt and the elements, the delivery driver (#624), was rude and quipped "you can accept it or reject it - I'm in a hurry".
