My very first purchase from Wayfair. Product anrrived Sept 9th. Opened boxes found 2 damaged parts 2 main items were missing. Called customer support 2 times got a message they were busy to call back later. Finally got through to support they advised to go on the Wayfair website they instructed how to get replacement parts missing items. Go an email from Wayfair, saying missing items replacement parts for damaged items would be sent out, however not being shipped until September 18th, with delivery on Sept 22nd. Can’t finish installing until we get the damagedmissing partsitems, which means a total of 3 weeks since the day it was delivered until we get it up ready to use.
