I im upset because the start-up kit is delayed. Its full but we havent been in it. Its taking a long time to heat up as well. A lot of the reviews mentioned this.

Put together myself pretty easy. I am not sure I did it correctly because the water isnt heating up. I reached out to customer service because of heat and because the bubbles noise is so loud !!! Waiting to hear.still. Before you put it together make sure you are really near an outlet. You can not use an extension cord...pretty hard because plug is not long. Had so many problems. Kept the heating unit on for 3 days. Hot tub never heated up. So many phone calls to try and resolve. I even called manufacturers. I real mess. I got a replacement hot tub. I had to box up the first one....wayfair wss no help. I was promised compensation for all the hassle. I never got compensation. This Hot tub heats up but not really hot just warm !!
