I loved the stroller until the wheel came off, there's a piece that goes on after you put the washer on then the wheel. However! The little piece that looks like a tiny paper clip didn't hold good. I had to use to zip ties in order to hold the wheel until I got home with my two grandbabies. Wayfair was nice and patient enough to keep me up on what or if the manufacturer has gotten back with me. And they didn't, after finding out the manufacturer where the stroller had originally came from, didn't get back with me. They said they were going to handle it themselves. In which I trust, thank you Wayfair for continuously contacting me.
