We ordered a couple of these chairs to fill some space in our living room. They look great and assembled easily. We weren't quite sure what color they would be. The description claims they are blue velvet. But in my living room they look teal, which for us works out fine. However, I noticed in the photo I took the chair looks more blue. I think this is because the fabric has a sheen to it and the light from the camera flash bounces off of it. We are hoping the cats will not be interested in scratching the velvet fabric!. Linda. This chair is perfect for my space in my 1 bedroom apartment. It's nice to have another option for a guest to sleep with it's sleeper component. Some said the cushion wasn't super comfortable but I think it's fine. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the under part that comes out to make it either a recliner chair or a bed doesn't have anywhere to lock to the chair, so if you move a certain way, it can start wheeling away from the chair. I bought two of these barrel chairs for a side space in a bedroom. They were packed extremely well and assembly was limited to putting legs on the chair and ottoman. Both were considered to be sturdy and comfortable. The stitching appeared tight and the accents were solid. They are comfortable to sit in, but they are small so a larger person might want to consider that.
