These chairs are beautiful. I received one broken. Quickly resolved and received new set

Would be better if it came assembled

I was extremely disappointed. The "pretty design" on the back of the chair is super obvious cheap Plastic. There such expensive chairs. I thought it would be quality wood. I would not have bought these if I realized that and the assembly was a huge frustration. Me and my husband had to settle with the fact that the arms wouldn't be held firmly in place bc of the design. I'm really angry about the whole experience. I feel the descriptions should explain that there's plastic on these pieces of furniture.
