After 2 months you start to sink in, the feather from the pillows poke you constantly and the sectional area really starts to sink in as there is no leg support. Need a serious improvement in design.

I would "NOT" recommend this sofa. It came with defects. I was hopeful that this $2000. sofa was good quality, but it has needle sharp feathers that continues to bleed out of it. Very "UNSAFE", especially around your eyes. It should be discontinued until the problem is corrected. Now, the third party do not want to refund and continue to not address the concerns in any fast manner. What a DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I WOULD "NOT" RECOMMEND THIS SOFA .... AND THE VENDOR HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE .... AND NOW I HAVE A $2000 SOFA THAT'S UNUSABLE :((((((
