terrible! I paid and wait for half a year to get the product. About three weeks ago, I installed. Today I found it is nearly broken in the middle of the beam. I have to use supporting poles. The snow on the top of the canopy is less than 1 feet thick. I need my money back, or I will file a lawsuit against the parties involved in this issue.
