Overall this is a very nicely built unit. Heavy duty, all metal construction in the body, spring, and sprayer handle. The on-off handle is easy to use and adjust, and operates smoothly. The hardware and hoses included seem to be nice quality, although I hate when companies use metric on one end (the faucet end) and SAE on the other end (the water line hookup). My only critiques are the following: The sprayer button was NOT intuitive and while it appears to push IN, flicks up/down to change between sprayer modes. The other is that the spring is extremely stiff and therefore doesn't allow the nozzle to go much lower than the holder. The image of the brushed stainless makes the faucet appear much darker than it really is. The photo I posted is of the brushed finish in an IKEA DOMSJO double basin sink. You will also notice the handle is at a 45° angle. I had to install this way because at full-cold the handle hit my backsplash. This faucet has the potential to be a 5 star piece except one simple feature that should be mandatory on any pull down faucet. A freaking magnet!!!! How hard is it to include a magnet to hold the faucet in place when retracted. The unit comes with a weight you have to hang on hose which is suppose to hold the nozzle in place when retracted but that does not accomplish this task 100%. I even bought an extra weight and that still did not get it to completely stay fully retracted. a simple magnet will absolutely solve this issue and I am trying to understand why this is not included.
