The bed is great! The only thing that was frustrating was that it was advertised as the lowest price and had a 24 hour window to get the offer so I took it. I found out two days later that the Bed went on sale for a lower price and when I contacted customer service, they were unwilling to match that price or even let me return the bed and get my money back and then order the Bed at the lower price. I do love the bed. One suggestion: I tried to get the shipping date changed before I even placed the order. You cannot change it online. So I called and was told by an associate that it could be done. It was a difficult process and in the end, the bed was delivered on the original date! Worked with Wayfair and the supplier when two side rails of the same type were sent. The storage units roll freely, unattached to the bed itself and can go deep under the bed if pushed too far. I am a seasoned furniture assembler and was prepared for some frustration based on other people’s comments, but this was one of the easiest assemblies I have ever done! Yes, it takes a long time to build by yourself, but the instructions were excellent and all the parts were properly labeled, and all the screw holes lined up beautifully! I only cussed once when I realized I didn’t have the tiny screw holes facing the back on the very top shelf of the headboard. But that was a simple fix of just flipping it around, no biggie. The LED lights are a nice touch, not so sure about the flashing modes, but I suppose if you are listening to music it might be fun. The drawer assembly is more sturdy than others I have put together and the wheels roll smoothly. Decent sized drawers for storage, but not huge. I was worried about the cabinet mechanism being a little iffy, but it has very strong springs that seem to work nicely. Nice storage area inside and easily accessible. Very solid piece of furniture. Assembly directions were easy to follow. Took approximately two hours to assemble with two people.
