I can’t believe I was finally able to afford these global knives! Anthony Bourdain, of No Reservations fame, said that it was unnecessary to buy numerous different knives. He said all we needed was a Global chef knife and a Global paring knife. I researched this and was disappointed to find that these knives are very expensive since they are world class Japanese knives. First of all, this knife is absolutely beautiful, as is the packaging it came from. I actually will be saving the black box that it came in, because it is so classy and seems like it's the only thing that would hold this knife properly. As for the knife, it is high quality.
