The pillow is good. A couple of small quality issues. Nothing that warrants a return. But the issue comes in the way it was packaged for delivery. You would think that paying ~$73 for a pillow, that it would be in a sealed plastic bag before it is put in the bag for delivery. These pillows are great! The packaging was top notch and honestly my favorite part! When opened, the pillows are quite flat, but if you follow the dryer directions they fluff right up.
