Came very well packaged. Sink material is nice and thick has large insulation pad things what ever those spots are called to reduce noise. I LOVE this sink. It's beautifully crafted, the water runs toward the drain, and it includes a very nice sink grid (sink grids can get very pricey and if they are not included, it's hard to find one that fits perfectly that doesn't cost a small fortune). I have an InSinkerator, so did not need the included drain cover and basket - but they look MUCH better than the InSinkerator drain ;). Note, the sink is very heavy. This was purchased to replace a double sink. It fits perfectly. Just be sure to measure twice to make sure you order the correct size. Ours fit perfectly well. Love how deep the sink is and I can use my hands free faucet with no problem. If I wash dishes to high in the sink, my sensor hands free faucet may be activated.
