It was really hard to find an XL upholstered bed. Happy with the quality. Took two of us about 90 minutes to set up. So far this bed is great. Love the height on it. The only thing I’m worried about is the wheels on the trundle are cheap feeling and only move one direction. It would be nice to have the option to have them move any direction to avoid moving the nightstand every time we want to use it. This bed was probably one of the easiest bed to build that I let my 4 yr old help with. It says you need two people, but really can be built alone. Put this bed together myself in maybe less than 20 min? The padding around the metal frame is a nice way to avoid stubbed toes. Definitely cant be used to step on since it will sink down, but not bad for small children since the bed is still close to the ground. The corduroy is super soft. The headboard did come with a small gray stain but didn't care for it since it's in a spot that can't be seen after install. Only reason for 4 star is because I thought the headboard would have a sturdy backing, turns out you'd have to basically paste and Velcro it on the wall it'll be against. I'm the type of person that constantly likes to rearrange furniture so I didn't do that since it would make it such a hassle to move it around if I wanted the bed against a different wall. It's not too bad though since it will still stay up as long as it's against the bed and wall. Overall though it's a wonderful bed frame and my daughter liked it a lot.
