I absolutely love these couches and they are the most comfortable ones we’ve owned. The armrest are a design flaw. They flop outward every time you sit down, and would not stay down, and would flop constantly. This is a nice couch for the price. It looks great in our space. It came in a box and we had to put it together, which was a little tricky. The cushions were especially hard because we had to stuff them, and the cushions did not fit in the covers easily.
