This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. Nice size for my small laundry room. I like the color and size. The temperature is perfect in that it freezes but doesn’t over freezes. I haven’t had to thaw yet but I see that it has a water plug to conveniently run water out when thawing. The temperature dial on bottom is nice so that if kids play with adjustments I am able to see change but I chose to cover with a piece of tape so that they aren’t able to operate dial easily.. Fantastic, but a few things to know. It’s very cost effective to buy your own durable brand like this, and pay an electrician to install it, but you need a little patience. Most of the struggle was finding a qualified HVAC professional to install a unit they couldn’t markup because they didn't sell it to you. Additionally, some requested permits. As long as you’re not in a rush, or handy enough to install yourself including the breaker, this is a fantastic purchase. Living in Florida, the self cleaning feature is intended to reduce mold. I haven’t had to do that yet, but a great function. The remote has a lot of features including being able to adjust the temperature on each of the inside heads separately. I have already googled a replacement remote, because I lose everything. If you aren’t used to ductless AC, you’ll just want to locate the manual override on the inside unit heads, or use the app on your phone.
