These are great and very comfortable! If I had one criticism it would be to ignore the instructions when it says to tighten the legs to the foot rail to 100%. Definitely put all screws in (legs to seat and legs to foot rail) at 50%, then align and tighten the legs to the seat to 100% BEFORE you tighten the foot rail..otherwise you will not be able to align the chair legs in a way that minimizes the gaps between the parts, creating pinch points for fingers when scooting in your chair. We got them in the prestige ivory color and I was so nervous upon them arriving because the review pictures were so difficult to tell what the prestige ivory color actually looks like. It really is a true ivory with some darker brown and gray tones.
