I had my 16 yr old son assemble this table without any assistance. This was his first project. He got it assembled! Parts were loose. I had to explain what a self locking nut was and that he needed either a socket or wrench to tighten the screw to the nut. After a brief demonstration, he nailed it. I had a couple chairs that gave me issues with the screw not wanting to connect properly and was quite annoying. In the end it was all worth it. I had the set done in time for our first family BBQ. The table was fairly easy to put together, and overall sturdy and stable. There are minor imperfections, but nothing awful. It is what I would expect at this price point. I like that there is additional bracing since some tables don't have that and they get saggy in the middle. And I like that the bracing gives knee room and allows for arms on chairs to slide under..
