(Note It depends on the type of chairs you pair with the table. The bulkier they are the less likely you can fit more than 4.)You can sit at the end of the table which was a concern as a lot double pedestal designs don’t leave enough space. (image attached of our chair at the end). The legs of the table arrived slightly damaged but we are not sure if it was during wayfair’s assembly or from the manufacturer. The table set is beautiful. It doesn’t have all the color variations that I thought it would but the dark brown works in our space. We have a pretty small lanai under roof so I am very happy I did the oval table versus a rectangle one. The only thing I wish were better were the chairs, as they’re a bit on the small side. Despite some delivery problems that were not Wayfair’s fault, the table arrived and is a nice, sturdy table. My only complaint is that half way through the assembly directions, the directions got very confusing and so it took us a while to figure out the rest of the assembly.
