I was skeptical....Delivery wasn't up to standards...BUT, the sofa is awesome! Very firm, but springy, requiring a little "just getting used to". I absolutely love this couch! The curved, modern design is exactly what I was looking for, and it gives my living room a high-end, contemporary feel. It’s comfortable, stylish, and definitely makes a statement. My only complaint is the back height and the pillows that come with it. The back sits lower than I expected, and the included pillows are too small, which made the couch look less luxurious than it could. To achieve the elevated, elegant look I wanted, I ended up purchasing larger back pillows and replacing the ones that came with it. The difference was night and day. I just wish the manufacturer included larger, fuller pillows from the start because it would make the couch look much more expensive without customers having to spend extra money. You can assemble this by yourself but it will take about 2 or 3 hours so I recommend having a second person help. It will go much more smoothly.
