There’s a flaw in these chairs. The crosspieces that connect the legs are flimsy. The provided screws do not secure them adequately. We got our chairs in October and have had secure those cross pieces several times. This morning one of them broke and I’d like to know how I go about rectifying this. No reply from Wayfair!!!. I really liked these barstools. Husband liked the ones he picked out best and he won, so I returned these. The swivel was smooth and the back rest supportive. I (female in my 50s) put them together on my own and it was pretty easy. They looked great and felt solid. They may be a little small for larger people, like over 300 lbs.
