This is a nice couch for the price. It looks great in our space. It came in a box and we had to put it together, which was a little tricky. The cushions were especially hard because we had to stuff them, and the cushions did not fit in the covers easily. I bought 2 white loveseats. One of the boxes arrived with a puncture/tear in it, and the backrest inside also had a small puncture/tear. I reported the damage to Wayfair online, and had an online chat with a Wayfair customer service rep. He offered me a generous partial refund for the loveseat with the damage. I'm still giving this product 5 stars, because I don't think my livingroom has ever looked better than it looks right now with these beautiful loveseats! I was able to assemble them myself, with no help, and I'm a small 70 year old woman. Stuffing the cushions was a little bit of a challenge, but here's the finished product.
