We were looking for something with more of a vertical footprint to make space in our bedroom and this was just right, size-wise. It looks great too, and it's nice to have real wood. Assembly took quite a bit of time, especially since there weren't predrilled holes for a lot of the screws, but it all came together. As others noted, it's good to be aware that the back panel is unfinished, so this dresser must be set up against a wall (which is necessary for safety anyway, with a secure fastener included). This is a heavy SOLID piece, looks higher quality when assembled took me about 2.5 hours but I move slow. Assembly is not my favorite as I did it solo— it’s doable and you have to not rush and read the directions. I had worse assembly with Wayfair products. Shipment was fine but I needed a dolly to move into my garage due to the weight of the box. Opened it in the garage and move the individual pieces upstairs a few at a time. The drawers are smaller but meet my needs in a spare room. The review that have issues may not have completed all the steps and used all the screws. I’d buy this again if I needed a second one. I needed a small dresser to fit the space and didn’t want to build it, this became my only option. I am quite pleased with it, it’s the perfect size and drawers are still functional. I love that the wood grain shows as I like that look. The only thing I don’t like is the knobs but I will eventually change those out.
